Cream blush?

So I wanted to know what kinds of cream blush is really good?


I've used the maybelline matte mousse blush before and i didn't like it because it didn't blend nicely. I wanted a cream blush that i could wear just normally as well as under a powder blush. Please refer brands that are affordable for a broke college student! lol Thanks in advance!Cream blush?
Physicians Formula has a nice cream blush that won't break your bank account. You mentioned that you would like one to wear UNDER a powder blush but I would recommend the opposite. If you're wanting to combine the two, use the powder first and then blend a nice cream blush over the apples of your cheeks or over your cheekbones. If you do a powder over the cream blush, you'll probably have a heavy concentration of powder that sticks to the cream.
