Definitely powder! It will last much longer in the heat. Try using a base product under your shadow as well. This will prevent creasing and increase color intensity. powder make-up is better for hot climate. cream ones will ake ur skin look oily.
I love the mousse makeups (blush and eye shadow) from Maybelline. They stay on even in the 90% Texas humidity!
I like Estee Lauder powder eye shadows.
Powder blushes - like MAC or even Jane if they still have it.
