Does cream, powder, or gell blush work better?

It really depends on what look you are going for.

Cream blush works if you want something long lasting, however it is sometimes hard to apply, can clog pores more easily, creases and even melts if you have oily skin.

Gel gives you a natural glowing flush. It goes on very sheer and is easy to layer. It stays better on oily skin than cream.

Powder is my favorite. I find it the easiest to apply using a giant poufy brush. I can touch it up easily if I need to and it is easy to contour and highlight with. It is definitly the more flexible of the three.Does cream, powder, or gell blush work better?
Always use powder ...it's the only one that will blend well into your skin.Does cream, powder, or gell blush work better?
The cream and gel will always work better because they are liquid-based. As such, they will be able to penetrate the skin more evenly and smoothly.

However, not all skin types, esp the oily types, are suited to the cream and gel blush as it may worsen trapped dirt and oil, thus producing acne.
Cream blush works best for ladies with dry skin. A powder blush can then be added on top for a longer hold or to intensify the color.

Powder blushes work best for oily or normal/combination skin. For oily skin, just make sure that the skin is clean and oilys are absorbed before applying blush so you don't have streaking.

Gel blushes can be the trickiest product to use for some ladies. These can be use on all skin types. A small amount of gel goes a long way and must be blended naturally to look good.

One final tip to get great blush applications is to clean your brushes at least once a month with a small amount of shampoo, lathering and rinsing until the color comes out. Lay your brushes over the counter to dry.
Powder last longer for all skin types...It is especially best for oily skin.
powder because cream is like hard to make look right %26lt;333
I prefer powder because it's easier to blend.
my mother says cream works better cuz it lasts longer
cream blush....it blends better for a more natural look...it also stays on longer...I use Laura Geller raspberry truffle cream blush and its wonderful!!
Gel blush can be really messy and look really bad if you do not know how to use it properly. Usually gel blush is hard to remove as well. Powder is always a safe way to go especially if you are new to wearing makeup. Cream blush does stay on longer and can look more natural but I would say stick with the old fashioned powder kind because it is easier to apply. If you mess up you can always easily wash your face and start over.
I would say if you have oily skin then definitely stick to powder blush, the cream kind tends to be too much unless you have normal or dry skin....for oily skin i would recommend a powder blush from cover girl called Cheekers, they tend to have alluring colors and are very inexpensive, around $3.00 if i remember correctly, and the tiny container lasts for a long time...you can buy many different hues without worrying about spending too much.
