Traveling to Vegas - does cream foundation, eye shadow, blush, etc. have to be in the quart bag?

Only liquids and gels that you want to carry in your carry-on need to be in a one qt. size zip lock bag. Dry makeup does not need to be in the bag. Any liquids, gels, or makeup you do not need to use while flying are better off in your checked luggage.
